Favourites of March!

Hi Everyone, Today as it is nearing the end of March, I thought it would be a good idea to make a March favorites blog post, I always love watching favorites videos though YouTube, but I thought it would be great fun to do on my blog. I have a mixture of makeup and skincare products to share with you today!

Benefit Cheeky Sweet Spot

I found this was such a lovely gift, as you get to try five of Benefits box blushes, and the infamous 'Hoola Bronzer' you also get to try a mini of

the 'Watts up' highlighter which the full size comes in a stick form with a blending applicator on the bottom, this highlighter is lovely and adds a nice sheen to your cheeks, it can be applied naturally or built up to be quite bold which i really like as you can use it for creating a natural dewy
glow to the skin or really making your cheekbones stand out it also looks amazing with a bit of contour which the free brush is perfect for and applying the 'Hoola Bronzer' as it looks gorgeous paired with it. My Favorite blushes have to be 'Rockateur' and 'Coralista' I would highly recommend the Benefit box blushes!

left to right: Dandelion, Bellabamba, Sugarbomb, Watts up highlighter, Hoola Bronzer, Coralista, Rockateur.

The Body Shop cleanser and body mist
The next favorites of mine are from the body shop. They are the 'Camomile cleansing butter' and the 'Vanilla body mist' both smell absolutely amazing and are both really fresh scents although the body mist is a sweeter vanilla scent it is a perfect light scent that is not overpowering but the smell lasts quite a while on me and I always get asked what perfume is that- and then I tell my friends it's from the body shop and how cheap it was! This will definitely be a favorite for a long time to come!

The cleansing butter smells so luxury and works like a dream at taking makeup off i usually use a michellar water to remove most of my makeup and then use this, it is one of my favorite skincare items as I can never get all my mascara off but this stuff does the job would recommend to those who struggle to remove all their eye makeup as this works wonders!

Makeup revolution Iconic 3 Palette

My next favorite is this makeup revolution palette which is called the iconic 3. It has very similar colours to the urban decay naked 3 palette and I think this is what they meant to do as it is the third iconic palette so each one has very similar colours to each naked palette.

Here are some swatches of the palette:

Overall: It is very pigmented and for the price I think this palette is amazing if you don't want to buy the naked 3 palette, as this palette is only £4, it is incredible.

Makeup Revolution blushing hearts blusher:
The next favorite is the blushing hearts blusher by makeup revolution, the one I have is in the colour 'blushing heart' it is described as a triple baked blusher and it is. There are three gorgeous blushes which are very sheeny and add a lovely glow

Estee Lauder Double Wear Foundation

Then we have my holy grail foundation the eestee Lauder double wear foundation, I wear the number 2N1 Desert Beige and I think its a perfect match and is amazing for covering my spots and patches of acne.

Lush 'Santa' edible lip scrub
Next is the Christmas edition lush lip scrub (i know it's not Christmas anymore by the way haha!)  which has been a dream in the colder months as my lips get very dry and applying lip products can be a waste of time as they can cling to dryness on the lips. This stuff is a life saver and I have also previously loved the bubblegum flavour, they both smell and taste amazing and the idea that the scrub is edible means you waste less of the product! 10/10 an amazing product.

Ted Baker Lipstick

The next and last favorite of this month has been the Ted Baker lipstick in this beyond beautiful mid toned dusty pink colour. It looks gorgeous with everything and complements my light to medium skin tone very well. Sadly it doesn't have a shade name as i received it along with two other lipsticks in a Ted Baker gift set.

So in
love with this colour, and the packaging is 100% me too i'm such a sucker for pretty packaged makeup!

I hope this was an enjoyable read!

  9. Great picks! I love all the Benefit blushes and that kit is amazing. I haven't tried any Makeup rev products yet, but I'll definitely pick up that eyeshadow palette, what great value! The pigmentation of all the shades looks so impressive for the price.
