I had wanted to try love me beauty for a while now and I thought why not take the plunge when they had a offer on which got me all of this for only £4.95 including p&p lets just say I was pretty damn chuffed with this little bargain!

If any of you want to use my promo code to get your own credits to get a love me beauty box, then my code 'JESSI357will give you £21 of credits! enjoy!

Love Me Beauty Website - www.lovemebeauty.com

So let me go through everything I got! everything came in a lovely grey box embellished with 'love me beauty' on the front which was gorgeous and so sleek. I have actually already started using it to hold some body products otherwise I would have put this in the blog post!
Let me also explain that unlike other subscription boxes, love me beauty lets you choose all the things you want to try yourself, with the credits you have which are what cost the money, so you buy the amount of credits you want then spend them! which I think is great as you can pick everything you'll use and it isn't so much a waste as some other beauty subscriptions might be if you don't use the products!

The first product I picked out were these little love me beauty eye lash curlers which are obviously from there brand! I think they are amazing though as I have actually tried and tested all these products now, after receiving this box around a month ago! They really create a great curl and I didn't think eye lash curlers were that important but these are soo good!

I then chose this brow pencil called the Lord and Berry Magic Brow mine is called 'Wonderful' as it is the shade for blonde hair and it's such an amazing brow pencil I am super duper happy and I really wasn't expecting it to be that great when I got it as I have high expectations for products and usually I end up disappointed but nope, this is the perfect match for my eye brows and it has a spooley on the other end so it's really useful how this is like a 2 in 1 product! perfect for travelling too!

Now I couldn't go without this product when I was looking online at everything I could have chose from! It's the Nails Inc Gel Effect nail polish in 'Hyde Park' and I am obsessed but I won't go on too much as my last post had this featured in it which I will link below if you want to read it but it's such a greyish blue colour which doesn't sound that great but it is so so pretty!

Lastly I got a very talked about product in the blogging world, which is the Dr Paw Paw red tinted balm, it is a multi purpose balm which can be a lip balm or can be used on your eye lids and it's basically just a balm which has many purposes! I have been using it as a lip balm/moisturiser and it smells lovely and does really hydrate my lips before and after I am wearing lipstick.

So those were the products! I love everything and I still can't believe I got them all for such an amazing price!

Most Loved Eye Products of the Last Year

Let's start with: these are favourites from last year but they will definitely be through this year too, I am so addicted to using all of these makeup bits and that will carry on for as long as I can't find anything I love more, and right now it seems impossible that I will!

So these have all been very talked about items, so I have the Naked Smoky Palette to the Left, then two of the Lash Sensational Mascara's in the middle and then to the left I have my Mac Warm Neutrals Palette. These are all my most favouritest  eye makeup items of the last year and I'm sure I will be loving them this year in 2016, which may I add feels super odd to actually be saying...

I had never been a mascara junkie, I had always stuck to the same mascara, which when I think about it was good but didn't give me a lot of thickness too my lashes and they didn't look as good as I wanted them too, so I tried the Maybelline Lash Sensational in March of last year and I haven't looked back since! This is why I have included two as you can see the one on the left side the packaging looks very well love compared to my super shiny one on the right. I am currently on my third and I am so obsessed with it and I don't know if anything else can compare!

The Palette to the left is the Naked Smoky Palette and in the last few months of 2015, I had been using it daily, even if it was just a little bit of colour on my eye lids, it is amazing for creating those dramatic, sultry eyes and I feel like it has a mixture of day and night shades, a lovely one for experimenting with autumn eye looks, there's a festive gold and a champagne-y pink glitter, it has navy's, purples, silvers the list goes on. The possibility of difference looks you can make with it is endless! It's stunning!

The palette on the right hand side, is also a beautiful and luxury palette. It's the Mac Warm Neutrals palette and it has the most easy to apply warm shades which I think are perfect for autumn and summer as I tend to wear orangey copper eyes in the summer time, it I'm going out at night on holiday, or in the winter time when I want something quite warm glittery and festive. It has a lovely mixture of mattes and glittery/shimmery shades which I feel like is the only downfall in most of the Naked palettes as I love matte colours to deepen up the eye look and sometimes I can go a bit overboard with the glitter so I need matte shades to tone the eyes down. The Mac one is amazing for this as there is such a range of both and they will all complement each other, you don't need to think too much about the colours not matching as all of them seem too whatever ones I use together!

Naked Smoky Palette - www.houseoffraser.co.uk £38.00
Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara - www.superdrug.com £7.99
Mac Warm Neutrals Palette - www.selfridges.com  £65.00

These are my all round most loved and most used Eye Products of 2015 and I'm sure will be featured in lots of blog posts in 2016 I hope this has been an enjoyable read for you!

Makeup Of The Day #2

So let me start off by introducing you to this new blog post! If you haven't read my previous one you can check it out here. So basically I just wanted to update you with my makeup of the day, now this changes a lot but this is what I've been using for the past week and I love all the products so much and they work amazingly together!

BASE:
So my for the base I haven't been using a primer, I use the MaxFactor All day flawless foundation as I think this one works well and it claims to be a 'primer, concealer and foundation all in one' so that is the reason I don't use a primer, and with most full coverage foundations, this one is one, I find they last me a lot longer than lighter coverage foundations/ bb creams.

Next for my base I then use the Seventeen 'define and conquer' contour kit and I just use the contour bronze-y shade to bronze up my face, although I'm not contouring heavily as the shade is a little light for my skin tone. I then use the same palette/kit and use the highlighter shade on my temples, so around the top of my head, above my cheekbones, on the top of my lips, down my nose and on my chin. And I just do this which makes the bronzer pop a lot more, which I need as it's slightly lighter than my skin and doesn't show up as well, it'll be a great contour palette for pale skin so if you're wanting to try one it's super for £5.99! But my sleek one is my most favourite contour kit ever which can be bought from Boots and Superdrug stores or on the Sleek Website which is only about a pound or less more!

EYES:
For my eyes as a base I use the Mac Prolong wear paint pot in painterly, which is amazing as a base and on it's own I don't know how an earth I lived without it before?!?! I love it as a base for eye shadow's as it gets rid of excess oils or moisture you may have on your eyelids and preps them for eye shadow which goes on a lot smoother with this paint pot! But on it's own it is a natural shade, that just covers up veins you may have visible on your eyelids.
So I then used my Naked 2 Basics Palette from Urban decay which just has the prettiest natural eye shadows that are perfect for me on a daily basis as the first two shades can look like your not wearing any eye shadow at all, but they still look really nice and complement my skin tone well. For my Makeup of the day I have been using the colours: Skimp on the lid, and in the crease I have been loving using Primal which just adds a bit of definition, but doesn't look to harsh with my other makeup on too.
For Mascara I use the Maybelline Lash Sensational which is just my FAVE! It seems to work better than any other drugstore mascara I've used adds so much length to my lashes, and adds volume but not too much, so it still looks natural and doesn't clump! Which is my favourite thing about it as I don't feel it looks like I'm wearing mascara and my lashes could be mistaken for false lashes!

LIPS:
For Lips my favourite-ist part of makeup haha! I have been using daily this week without fail at all, is the Mac Lipstick in Velvet Teddy, which I'm sure every beauty blogger has heard of as to be honest it's probably the most popular Mac lipstick of 2015, but it's the loveliest and most classy looking lippy I have come across I just feel as sassy and sophisticated when I use it and that makes me love it even more!

Do you use any of these Makeup products in your MOTD?! If so or if not tell me in the comments below I'd love to know!

Rediscovering Old Products - My Golden Oldies

So as you've seen by the title these are my three golden oldies, I had recently discovered them again after not using them in around a year and I'm loving them! I thought I would share them with you all and hope that it might help others who haven't tried these and wanted to give any of them a go themselves! So Enjoy!

So The Sleek Rose Gold Blush has been a favourite of mine over the past few years, but recently after trying a lot of new products it had taken a back seat in my makeup drawers and had been forgotten about, but after trying it again I'm so happy with the colour and how flattering it is and don't know why I stopped using it! The packaging is also very 'sleek' see what I did there haha, how embarrassing I know but I am a sucker for packaging and it reminds me a bit of the Nars packaging and it looks really nice and is easy to travel with! At only £4.49 it's a blush that I will definitely repurchase but not for a while as a little goes a long way and I haven't even hit the pan yet!

My Next favourite is a foundation, the Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum which is perfect for creating that dewy but natural glow, but it doesn't leave me looking too shiny or oily, it's a gorgeous summer foundation as it is light, but I will also be loving it this winter as I find it's so moisturising and I could do with a bit of a glow when my skin is feeling a bit dry and in the winter this one is definitely on the cards for me! It is £10.99 which I feel is quite a lot for foundation but this one is perfect for when bourjois products are on offer as I think I got two products for £10 once so if this foundation is included I would totally have to stock up! It is a beautiful foundation, I would also love to try the normal foundation from this range to see how it compares and may do a review then if you'd all like to see one too!

The Last product I've rediscovered is the Maybelline Baby Skin instant pore eraser, and this is a primer which really does help make my makeup last longer and makes my face look overall a lot nicer and applies makeup a lot smoother so I think it does really approve the appearance of my pores! Which is a bonus as well as making my makeup look a lot nicer. I love the way it makes my foundation sit and even though it is around £7 in a three for two deal at boots (which is quite often, But I don't complain haha!) is even better value as you could stock up on your favourite drugstore products as well as trying this one if you'd like!
