Naturally having quite dark blonde hair is something that can be really annoying for me sometimes! I love having blonde highlights put through my hair every three to four months or so, but sometimes I just don't have the time or the money to spend doing it.
I have been testing this Lightening spray from BBlonde by Jerome Russell and I am completely shocked by how good it actually is! I have tried it three times so far and it has really helped lighten the parts of my hair where my highlights have faded. I have been putting off getting my highlights re-done for a while now because of how much it can be and not knowing how light I want my hair to be. The lightening spray has been so helpful as I know it will lighten my hair subtle-y and won't be too much after just one application.
I have like I said before, only used it three times so far, but it looks so natural to me and I feel so much better after I have sprayed it on and dried my hair, it's the same feeling from getting your roots or highlights touched up so this was good as the product made me feel great after just the first application!
The BBlonde website: http://www.bblondehair.co.uk/
Where to buy: Boots - Lightening spray
Superdrug - Lightening spray
Amazon - Lightening spray
The lightening spray is only recommended to be used by light blondes/dark blondes and light brown hair to lighten your hair so I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have light enough hair for the spray to work on. The spray retails for £5.99 in the UK, but the price may vary on different websites if ordering from outside the UK. I think the price as really good because I still have so much left even though I've used it quite a bit having thick hair I obviously need to use quite a bit to get the desired colour I want!

How to use the lightening spray:
1. Wash hair thoroughly with a clarifying shampoo.
2. After conditioned, you will need to spray the lightening spray evenly through your towel dried hair.
3. Style how you wish after blow drying.
The maximum amount of times the spray should be used is 10 times, this is for the maximum lightening results.
It is recommended that if you try the product you should try it on a strand of hair 48 hours before you want to use the product all over your hair, to make sure your skin reacts as normal, if not you should not carry on using the product.
My Experience using the Spray:
I tried the lightening spray a few days before use and my scalp reacted normally so I tried the product a few days after and it's now something I don't think I can live without, and so much cheaper than getting my hair professionally done and highlighted. This works so well for me as I can do it easily myself and whenever I need too. I will carry on using it every few weeks to a month to make sure I keep up the colour I currently have because I love it, but maybe a bit lighter I would love even more!
I would have put some before and after's of my hair but in the photos I took they don't do the spray justice, so I will be posting some on my social media soon, hopefully with a better camera! so make sure you follow me there if you want to see my after results compared to what my hair looked like before!
I will definitely keep using this spray as I love it! and recommend it if have blonde to light brown hair and you want lightened hair without the salon price!
